Contribution Masterbatch

It is colored by plastic masterbatch, which is the most widely used substance of our time. Coloring is not enough for many companies that produce and they look for featured additives to add to plastics. Contribution masterbatches are products that contribute a high rate in their structures, as their names suggest. The proportion of these contributions can be between 10% and 60%. Products that provide ease of use in many different applications are additive masterbatch group.

Additive masterbatches are used to eliminate harmful effects that may occur due to the conditions of use when processing plastic materials or after processing, and to improve the weaknesses of plastic prepared for the product to be used. Additive masterbatches are usually powdered. It is difficult to use powder additives in injection, film, inflator, pipe and profile extrusion production processes, which use raw materials in granule form. Thanks to the additive masterbatches prepared by expert teams, this difficulty is eliminated and enables the creation of a much cleaner and faster progression process for manufacturing businesses.

Contribution masterbatches are used for a variety of purposes and are prepared according to the customer’s request. The more carefully the production process is carried out, the more satisfying the quality of the product that will arise.

Contribution Masterbatch Types

Flame Retardants: They have a few of the bromide, chlorine, nitrogen, aluminum, antimonies and boron elements, including them in the polymeric chain, reducing the effect of burning.

Antibacterials: Prevents algae and bacteria formation that may occur on the product surface

Antiblocks: Prevents blocking during film production and makes a slight slider effect.

Antistatics: Prevents the formation of static electricity on the plastic product.

Essentials: Additives used to suppress bad odors.

Transparency: Ensures greater transparent and light permeability.

Optical Parlours: Makes it look brighter.

Optical Bleachers: It is a protective feature that acts against weather conditions and factors such as chalking. It has water soluble ability.

Light Emitters: Increases light permeability and reduces the need for LED usage.

Slips/ Lubricants: Provides an effect that prevents surfaces from sticking together and on metal surfaces.

Ultraviolet Additives: Prevents oxidation of the polymer chain against low wavelength sun rays (UV).Protects the product from the harmful effects of the sun’s rays.
